Scan a QR Code. That's It.
Scan the QR Code
Open the pairing page on your kiosk or tablet and scan the QR on the back of the board
Install the Board
Mount in the game cabinet, connect the serial cable, and plug in power via USB-C or 5V connector
Data Starts Flowing
The board comes online automatically over cellular. If your kiosk has WiFi, the board connects to that too.
Power via USB-C or 5V connector (same as Mutha Goose). Cellular data included free. WiFi primary, cellular backup.
Full Cabinet Visibility
One Board. Every Connection.
SGK Link connects to the same lines inside your game cabinets that Mutha Goose and Fledgling use. But it also connects to the bill acceptor, printer, and SAS port if your games have them. You get full visibility into each cabinet with reports at any moment.
Centralized Printing Behind Counter
Prints the same secure QR codes as our FP-88 printer. Cashout data streams wirelessly to your tablet or kiosk.
Credit Adding
Connects to the bill acceptor serial port. The game thinks it received cash. Load credits from a tablet or kiosk.
Route Management & SAS
Use your existing bill acceptor or printer as a pass-through, or connect to SAS for accounting meters, credits, and exception events.
TITO
Print tickets at one game, scan at another to load credits. Works with any game that supports TITO.
Real-Time Alerts
Know every time cash is removed, when the bill acceptor gets full, or when a jackpot hits.
Free Monitoring
Everything is viewable on the SGK Management Portal. No monthly fees.
Designed for Security. No Zapping.
Mutha Goose and Ciao Baby use pulse-based communication. Pulses can be disrupted, replicated, or injected by anyone with a cheap EMP jammer available online.
SGK Link uses serial protocol: digital, structured data packets instead of simple pulses. There is no signal to jam and no pulse to replicate.

Frequently Asked Questions
It connects wirelessly to your game cabinets and gives you full visibility and control. Depending on your setup, it can print tickets behind the counter, add credits to games, monitor SAS data, process TITO transfers, and track every cash event. It replaces Mutha Goose, Ciao Baby, and Fledgling, but it does a lot more than those ever could.
Bill acceptors (ICT TAO, JCM UBA), thermal printers (Pyramid Phoenix, SGK FP-88), barcode scanners, SAS game board connections, and pulse meter in/out for legacy cabinets. Connect as many or as few as your cabinet has.
Yes. The SGK Link supports pulse meter in/out for older cabinets that don't have serial or SAS. You still get full monitoring and reporting even on legacy hardware.
RJ45 serial cables to the game board, bill acceptor, printer, or any combination. Same connectors used by ICT TAO, JCM UBA, Pyramid Phoenix, and others. The board then communicates wirelessly to your kiosk or tablet over WiFi with cellular backup. Cellular data is included free.
About 5 minutes. Scan the QR code to pair it, mount the board in the cabinet, plug in the RJ45 serial cables to your peripherals, and connect power via USB-C or the 5V connector. No technician required.
