Agreement

By accessing skillgamekiosk.com or purchasing products from Skill Game Kiosk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by product type.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment via Square. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation upon successful payment.

Shipping

Standard products ship within 2-3 business days. Kiosks are shipped via white-glove delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Warranty

SGK products include a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss returns. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Custom-configured products may not be eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect.

Software and Monitoring

The SGK Mobile Portal is provided free of charge with all SGK products. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue software features at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Limitation of Liability

Skill Game Kiosk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
